Auction Rules & Conditions of Sale

* All sales are final.

* All lots are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”

* All auction purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction.

* Payment methods accepted:  Credit Card, Cash & Check with valid ID.

* A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid with a 5% discount if paying with cash or by check.

* All sales are subject to a 9.75% Tennessee Sales Tax unless a valid resale (signed) tax certificate has been received by our Staff.

* Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material.

* All absentee & phone bids must be received prior to day of sale.  We cannot process any absentee/phone bids on the day of the sale.

* Any shipping of an item is the responsibility of the person with the winning bid.  The auction house will not process / schedule shipping for an item.
